The 2 additional zipper pockets ensure that your belongings are always safely stored. This convenient layout makes it easy to take all your belongings with you. This bag is easy to open and close with a single snap closure.
Fully equipped
The fabric from which the Tulum Double is made is very strong and hard-wearing. In addition, it is made of 100% recycled polyester. So it's better for the planet. If the bag needs to be placed further back on the rack, use a New Looxs spacer. This is sold separately. It prevents the bag from hitting the wheel. You insert the spacer in the strips on the back of the pannier. Then the bag, even when heavily loaded, will always hang straight on the rack. The bag is finished with reflection on both sides for extra safety in the dark.
Click & Go with the integrated MIK adapter
The pannier is equipped with an integrated MIK adapter. Please check if you have a MIK carrier on your bike! If not, you can use a MIK carrier plate that attaches to your rack. The MIK carrier plate is not included with the bag.
This MIK adapter makes it even easier for you to use the pannier. In 1 hand movement you click the pannier on or off. Furthermore, the MIK system ensures a stable position of the pannier during your bike ride. You can additionally secure the pannier to the side of the carrier with a Velcro strip.
Water resistant
The Tulum is made of water-repellent, 100% recycled polyester. The fold of the flap is made so that it closes easily, sealing it from incoming rainwater. The pannier has stitched seams, therefore the bag is not 100% waterproof. A small rain shower will do, but do you want to withstand heavier downpours? Then we recommend to buy a New Looxs rain cover. This makes every pannier bag waterproof.
